A court hearing in Alaska is determining the fate of the Fairbanks Four, young men who were convicted of murder in 1997. But evidence has been mounting for years that the men are innocent despite a zealous prosecution.
During the courtroom last week there was a silent protest. People stood up and held four fingers in the air. A similar protest occurred at the Alaska Federation of Natives convention in Anchorage.
